RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept all returns and exchanges within a 30 day period.
All of our products are shipped to you in sealed packaging to maintain earring sterilization. If this packaging is opened or tampered with in any way, a refund or exchange will not be granted. This is a zero tolerance policy. If the packaging is broken or opened, the earrings are no longer sterilized and are not suitable for resale. Thank you for your understanding.
