Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products at Resiness. It is our goal to ensure that you are happy with your purchase for many years to come.

Please read our warranty policy below. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Resiness.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period of 16 weeks or 120 days.

During the Warranty Period, Resiness will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Resiness will replace the product at no charge, to the original address provided during the time of order placement.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Resiness is 120 days or 16 weeks from the date of purchase. 

The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good that was purchased. (120 days or 16 weeks from the original date of purchase)

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: 

  • User damage. Dropping, squishing, or any issues caused by intentional or unintentional force.
  • Loss (earring loss or earring backing loss)
  • Loss of resin gem/decoration and/or cloudy appearance as a result of user failure to follow earring care instructions. Exposure to any alcohol related products (rubbing alcohol, jewelry cleaners, witch hazel solutions, etc) cause these types of damage and are not covered by the Limited Warranty. It is very important to always follow the care instructions included with your order.
